MindWriter Subliminal FAQ
A. The "Zero-Masking" feature on all MindWriter cassettes makes them the worlds easiest, most convenient subliminal reprogramming tool. Because, unlike other subliminal cassettes, you can turn up the volume and actually "hear" the subliminal messages. This allows you to preview what your subconscious will be hearing and responding to. Then turn the volume down, to just below audible level, and let the irresistible whisper reshape your subconscious mind in any way you desire. Unlike cassettes with music masks, you can use MindWriter cassettes anywhere- at home, at the office, in your car, on a boat, in an airplane, or even while watching TV! Best of all, there's no need to set aside time to listen to MindWriter subliminals. It's easy to let them work for you constantly, either all day without disrupting your work or other activities, or at night, without disturbing your sleep.
Not at all. It already happens to all of us, everyday, whether we realize it or not. Countless influences of other people and outside events alters our understanding, perceptions, attitudes, beliefs, and knowledge. Some extreme or catastrophic events alter our minds dramatically and perhaps irreversibly. Some severely ill mental patients are able to negate nearly all outside mental influences by total withdrawal from reality. But for the rest of us, we remain aware of the people and events around us. However, we can add our own positive suggestions, by listening to subliminal messages for example, to this collective body of mind-altering influences. In this way, we can live in the real world, while at the same time guide our lives in the direction we wish for it to go. Actually, the direct opposite is true. Subliminal messages are indeed heard. They just aren't heard loudly enough, in many cases, and aren't discerned through the brain's audible sensory processors. No discussion of subliminals (that we are familiar with), suggest that subliminals messages are not physically heard. But, the brain has more than one set of auditory sensors. The subaudible processors, intimately associated with the human self-preservation mechanism, are considerably more sensitive to sound, than the superaudible set. It has been repeatedly demonstrated that these "more sensitive" subauditory abilities can be activated on-demand with post-hypnotic suggestion for a sensory state known as "hyperacuity", which is universally acknowledged by the psychological community. These subauditory abilities have been routinely "turned on" and studied by a host of psychologists and physiologists as reported in literally hundreds of studies on the characteristics of hyperacuity in humans. It has been further demonstrated that these hyperacute subaudible sensors can perceive the meaning of subaudible messages, at a subconscious level, in about 90% of the population. Further studies have shown that approximately 30% of the population appears to be highly sensitive to subaudible stimulus. And, as one might expect, the hard-of-hearing are completely unaffected by subliminal audio messages. Q. How is a subliminal message "heard" by the subconscious if the volume is at a level where I cannot make out the words being said? Humans have more than one auditory level, and conscious hearing is considerably less sensitive than subconscious hearing. We may have developed the ability for subconcious hearing to alert us to impending danger, and this still happens, for example, when we awake in our sleep due to a nearly inaudible, but new and strange sound. Only the subconscious mind is capable of hearing sounds at this lower volume level. Since this ability was discovered by research scientists in the 1950's, it has become the of basis of all auditory subliminals. Q. Since I turn down the volume of my MindWriter cassette to begin the subliminal effect, does this also mean that every sound below the conscious level of hearing has a subliminal effect on me? Subliminal levels of hearing most commonly register sounds that warn of danger. But, most people (about 98% of the population) can also detect words below the level of normal hearing, if they are repeated enough times. Most words that you hear at subaudible levels aren't repeated enough times to have an affect. But, if soft message is heard repeatedly, then yes it will have a subliminal affect on you. Q. I have read many articles on subliminals and their effectiveness. I am still very skeptical at this time. Do subliminal cassettes really work? It is quite common to have difficulty believing that nearly inaudible messages can dramatically alter your attitude and the underlying operation of your mind. The more intelligent you are, the more likely you will tend to be skeptical. But, one of the problems with skepticism is that it presents a barrier to achieving results. Even after your subconscious mind begins to yield to your subliminal suggestions, your conscious mind may refuse to acknowledge your progress. An effective way to counter this skepticism, is to begin working on subliminal improvement of something that is obvious to your family and/or friends, such as the eradication of an undesirable habit or the development of a new, desirable trait. Then, occasionally ask them if they notice any improvement. Start with something simple. As they begin to notice progress, you'll begin to notice it too, and your skepticism will diminish. As it does, the rate of your subliminal improvement will begin to accelerate. At that point, you can begin working on more challenging subliminal goals. The effects of using subliminals are not immediate. Typical results show a steady improvement over a 2-week period. However, results may vary from person to person. For example, someone who listens to a subliminal cassette for 4 hours each day will see results faster than an individual who listens to a subliminal tape for just an hour a day. Q. On the MindWriter cassettes, Dr. Dimke's voice starts out normal then changes in pitch and tone. What benefit does this provide? Research suggests that the subconscious mind tends to prefer different frequencies. Some minds like higher frequencies, some like lower ones. Without knowing which frequency a particular mind might prefer, both are provided. One frequency will be infinitely more effective than the other. You can test this yourself and find out which your mind prefers. But, in the absence of this knowledge, it is prudent to include both high and low frequency samples. This is easy, as both are provided to you. Q. I just received my MindWriter Cassettes. Why are the instructions on the cassette? How will they affect my subliminal experience? Listening to the instructions while your cassette is in auto-reverse will not affect your subconscious mind. This is because the instructions are recorded at a lower volume that the subliminal messages themselves. So, when you adjust the volume of the messages so that you can hear them but cannot tell what is being said, the instructions will be at a volume too low for your subconscious mind to hear. It is not recommended that two different subliminal cassettes or CD's be listened to simultaneously, as this would confuse the subconscious mind and in turn render the subliminals useless. However, it is okay to listen to similar subliminals with complimentary messages during a given time period. For example, if you want to improve your sleep habits, then it would be acceptable to listen to Sleep on Command MindWriter one day and Stress-Free Relaxation MindWriter the next day. The method itself, imparts no consequences of its own. But, the suggestions that you present will tend to produce, to a greater or lesser extent, the outcome that you suggest. And, such an outcome is a consequence. If, for example, you suggest that you will become less fearful, (and you suggest this in way that your subconscious can understand and respond to, using the rules of subliminal design presented in Subliminal Pictography), then it is very likely that, overtime, you will indeed become less fearful. You are already hearing and seeing countless subliminal messages everyday in advertising, beneath the music soundtrack that plays in many of the stores that you visit, etc. Adding your own subliminals to this collection of subliminal influences will only act to bring your life direction, to a far a greater degree, under more of your own direct control. If you believe that placing your life under your direction is superior to allowing it to be directed solely by the people and events around you, then you would be able to logically conclude that the consequences of using this method will also be good. Q. I own several MindWriter cassettes and I've noticed that many of the same phrases are repeated on each cassette, while only a few phrases are unique to each cassette. Why? The suggestions on the MindWriter recordings have been carefully designed in concert with the latest psychological research to produce the most rapid results in the least amount of time. Suggestions on MindWriter recordings are of two types: (1) Subject-related suggestions which are usually unique and particularly germane to the subject of the recording. These suggestions are designed to produced the desired change. (2) Activation-related suggestions which are common to virtually all subliminal recordings in the MindWriter series. There are 22 activation suggestions and each on is designed to open the subconscious to the subliminal process and enhance the effectiveness of the targeted subject-related suggestions. These suggestions increase the speed of onset and the long-lasting nature of the subject suggestions. Based on years of experience, Dr. Dän Lee Dimke, the creator of the MindWriter series, considers activation suggestions essential to the effectiveness of a subliminal recording.
